"Pleasantly Surprised but Craving More Insight"
It's a nice feeling to realize that FDR is there for you when handling creditors. I didn't expect how great it would feel to witness the first successful negotiation. I think it would be beneficial to have clearer and more detailed information about the negotiations. Having transcripts or even summaries of the talks that FDR has with each creditor would really help me understand how FDR is advocating for me and looking out for my best interests.

Alternatively, I can call and chat with a friendly customer service rep who answers my questions and reassures me that I'm on the right track with all the paperwork related to my program.
